Damage & Liability

- Pre-existing property damage
- Hidden or underground conditions not disclosed
- Damage caused by natural tree failure or unstable conditions
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Safety & Insurance
We follow professional safety practices on every job. Work may be declined or stopped if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Warranties
- We do not guarantee plant survival due to environmental factors such as weather, soil conditions, or improper maintenance after service.
- Any applicable workmanship guarantees will be discussed prior to project start.
